“We purchased a DuraVent DuraPlus Canada 2 Chimney system from Canadian Tire only to find out that they do not carry the 2 foot section to go through the wall and would not order it as they have no listing. I spoke to Dan Twomey at your Cobourg location and he did his best to try and source this part directly from DuraVent with no luck, But I appreciate him trying. Considering the expense and lack of availability I will never purchase another Chimney system from a big box store again or another DuraVent Product. Thank You for your efforts Dan.“
