Amazing, fast service! Professional, friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Matt was our service guy and he was incredible. I needed a service appointment to fix my air conditioner between my night shifts, and he came out right away so I could get some much-needed sleep. I truly appreciated their flexibility and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Tom's Heating and Cooling provided prompt service. The technician- Patrick was very professional. He explained everything. Our AC stopped working and with 30+ temps coming I am glad we have a prompt professional company like Tom's Heating and Cooling here!! Highly recommend their services!! Thanks!!
I wanted to mention that one of employees Matt was incredibly helpful, he reviewed previous client information that was a few years old before showing up onsite to diagnose issues. I was incredibly pleased to see such a professional approach to his work. Terry was the installer for my AC unit and he took the time to make sure every little detail was right before the job was done. Finally the owner is fantastic to deal with along with their account manager. I could not recommend another local business more.
