We first had Kawartha Clean Air come out to clean and service our gas fireplace. Our experience was great and in discussion with them we asked that they come out to quote a new Napoleon furnace. Our century home had an old gravity furnace that was no longer operable and a lot of large and inefficient ductwork. Graham came out and explained the scope of work to remove the existing unit and replace it with the more efficient furnace. He was very personable and clear about what needed to be done.
