We first had Kawartha Clean Air come out to clean and service our gas fireplace. Our experience was great and in discussion with them we asked that they come out to quote a new Napoleon furnace. Our century home had an old gravity furnace that was no longer operable and a lot of large and inefficient ductwork. Graham came out and explained the scope of work to remove the existing unit and replace it with the more efficient furnace. He was very personable and clear about what needed to be done. We purchased an electric wall unit and it was great. From the quote to the pick up they were the best. This dealer went out of their way to get our unit to us quickly without a hassle. Definitely recommend them.

From initial contact to installation this company was the best. Graham the owner came for the measurements and sent a quote right away. They sell Napoleon furnaces which are built in Barrie Ontario which is one of the reason we went with them. The installation was done on a cold day so speed was essential. It was operating by 3 pm. The furnace is so quiet that it’s hard to tell when it’s on. Very happy with the service, price and product.
