I would first like to thank Tiffany, the Royal Canin representative who was at the PetSmart in Orleans a few weeks ago (I don’t remember the exact day, but I believe it was a Sunday). She was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. She took the time to help us and gave us some free samples of food for senior dogs, including a wet food option, for my 12-year-old senior dog, Freddie. It was extremely helpful, and Freddie absolutely loved the food! Give Tiffany a raise!!

Thank you Courtney for the incredible service you did for my cat Lennon. You’re such a fantastic stylist and take such good care of my boy. He may not be the happiest cat getting a bath, but I’m so happy with the results. Thank you! ☺

Took my grandparents' dog to get shampoo and trim nails.

Good deals, clean store, well staffed, happy cats waiting to be adopted, and helpful staff!

Some good black friday deals too!
