Crystal and Leanne did an amazing job grooming my long-haired rescue foster cat. Since this abandoned cat had not been brushed in years, it became so matted that she developed extremely thick fur pelts on her back and hips. These fur pelts restrict her mobility, because the matted fur pulls painfully and her sensitive skin. Thanks to Crystal and Leanne, this sweet cat is finally free of fur pelts and is finally pain free for the first time in years. Thank you Crystal and Leanne for being so patient, compassionate and professional with this cat. You made her first grooming experience much less stressful than it could have been. I highly recommend Orleans Pet Spa.

I absolutely love how well they take care of my elderly pets. They’re incredibly gentle and treat them like their own, which gives me so much peace of mind. Caroline’s work is impeccable🫶🏼, my dogs always come back looking spotless and smelling amazing. Best of all, they don’t seem nervous or anxious when going there, which says a lot. Highly recommend!

Our senior dog Charlie was there today. He looks so cute in his haircut and bandana. He was even moving around so much easier, thank you ❤️ Our daughter hasn't stopped saying how cute he looks 😍
