Amazing customer service! In couple minutes I've found what I(my cat) needed with help of nice and friendly consultant. Unfortunately I don't know his name but this guy with glasses and beard is wonderful! This is my first visit to the Pet Valu. Will come again. And nice bonus for cat lovers- there are few cats just walking around the store😊so cute. Respect to the management for such good treatment of animals.
We just came back from pet value on Innes Rd, Orleans. Both Alyssa and Vanessa greeted us with a smile. We were there to get our cat's nails trimmed. They were so gentle with peanut and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend them.
I went into PetValu on Innes on Road in Orleans.
I bought the kit that would allow me to take a paw print of my Sr. Yorkie, and while I was talking with those behind the counter, the Groomer came out and was telling us how to do it. She recommended that we trim his nails and the hair around the pads. She said it would take a better print.
We asked her if she would be willing to do it and she did. She did an awesome job.
Everyone there was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I walked away extremely happy. I would highly recommend this PetValu. They have very professional staff.
