I go to 3 different locations, Montreal rd, Gloucester center, and Beechwood. All 3 I've had nothing but great service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. If they don't have what you need, they have zero problem with getting it in for you. My favorite pet store, bar none

The staff here are wonderful, helpful, and always greet our pets. The toy and food selection, including of big country raw, has been great. They have a nice set up for the dog baths. They no longer leave shampoo out and instead give you a small bottle of it. They still leave the towels, treats, and cologne out. The shampoo bottle though was enough for a very large 120+lb long haired dog. Due to the size and amount of fur I need at least 7-10 towels. They recently raised the price from $10 to $12 and that doesn't bother me. They keep the baths clean and upgraded their air blowers/dryers.
