“Hair services were excellent:; thanks Katherine! The eyebrow wax, shape and tint was a real disappointment. While the trimming and shaping were well done, the tint was botched. I clearly asked for light brown to go with blond hair and highlights, and wound up with black. I was assured it was “really” light brown and would “fade” after I washed with soap and water a few times. It has not so far, and under several types of lighting, appears black. I am assured that I can come back for a free re-do, but I will be asking for a refund as I am not confident in the esthetician.“

My daughter went in for a full hair makeover—color correction, cut, blow-dry, and shampoo. Grace, the stylist, was incredible! Not only is she super skilled and professional, but she’s also a sweetheart who genuinely listens. My daughter had a specific color in mind, and Grace gave her some great advice on what would work best. Together, they found the perfect balance, and the result was absolutely stunning!

We felt totally at home thanks to Grace and Sandra, who were both warm and welcoming from start to finish. They even treated us to a delicious French Vanilla, which made the whole experience feel extra special. We left with my daughter’s hair looking fabulous and her confidence through the roof. “I had the best experience with Gen last Sunday when I needed help to get myself presentable for my friend’s wedding. She is not just good at what she does but she literally lift the bar high for me. She was so good at explaining and so gentle with me when she was applying my make up, she even made sure to check the weather (humidity wise) to make sure my make up will stay on and not melt for the outdoor wedding. Another thing to love about her is she made sure that her makeup and brushes are all clean and sanitized (plus her products smells amazing ?). She did not just made me so pretty for that day but she is also so sweet and kind. I highly recommend her if you need to get your make up done, she’s very knowledgeable and really amazing on what she does.

Also, she gave me a kit to make sure I can retouch my makeup without her around. I got a lot of compliments from my friends that day.
I can’t thank her enough for making me so pretty and comfortable, especially I really don’t wear makeup at all and it was my first time getting dolled up professionally.

“I had a very good experience there today. The woman did my eyebrows and we did a little treatment under the eyes. She was very nice and did a great job. I go back there all the time and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend this place. They also have great service for facials, makeup, ear, piercing and all sorts of other things.“
