Nara did my hair (balayage, from dark brown to blond) and while leaving I was hesitant about the colour which felt a bit greyish.

Let me tell you... A few washes after, just like Cindy the owner suggested, and it looks just perfect!!!! I'm in love with the outcome! I'm so so so so happy.
They are pros!!!!!!!!!

It's my 1st time going with blonde, so I had no idea what to expect. Nara and Cindy both deserve all the praises in the world for being so gentle with me and my emotions, for offering to come back and fix it if I won't like it (which is absolutely not needed as it's just perfect).
