I sought this salon out because they use Elumen hair colour so I highly recommend it if you want an alternative to semi permanent, especially if you have a lot of grey like me.I had an issue with my last appointment that I contacted them directly about and they replied promptly and went to every length to satisfy me. Thank you for your commitment to client care.

Super friendly and accommodating folks who were able to be flexible enough with me when I went to them with a bit of a last minute emergency due to an upcoming wedding and some residual hair colour.Had a blast with the stylists and got a haircut I love!

An absolute gem of a salon that I have followed around Ottawa for their last four moves! Amazing owners/masters of their trade that ALWAYS treat me like I was their best customer ever, I cannot speak more highly thereof. If I were to ever move out of Ottawa, I would actually come back for appointments! Anyone looking for a new salon in Ottawa would be lucky to get an appointment here.
