Gen was very kind and very easy to get comfortable with. She gave her professional opinion while listening and adjusting to what I wanted. As someone who never wears makeup, this was perfect as I could not even feel the makeup and after 9 hours and a dinner I needed no touches up except for the lips. I would definitely recommend !
