Troy is the best!!!! I went into this place not knowing what to expect and 5 minutes later I was happy and satisfied! Troy is super friendly and helpful, I can say this is a great place with great customer service.

After being scammed from another flooring company, I was distraught and in complete tears. My husband and I are building our forever home and it’s been a nightmare.Unlike everyone else in this industry, Troy is the sweetest, funniest and kindest man you will ever meet. He helped us find the hardwood we wanted at a very reasonable price. We’ve received multiple compliments and we love the quality and feel of the wood. If anyone is looking for amazing hardwood, don’t hesitate to knock knock on Troy’s door. I’m sure he’ll follow up with a funny joke.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the price was reasonable and we’re satisfied with the product and the end result. We had some minor issues with the installation that were fixed promptly with a follow up call. I would recommend visiting Carastan when looking at flooring options, for more personalized service and and a good selection.
