“I had another company, start the insurance claim in Jan and by Mid May still had done nothing. I had a leak in the kitchen and the floor had to be replaced. So in mid May my broker called Winmar and their rep was there within hours. He scoped out the job and took all the info. He then called his flooring guy at Millennium flooring who came over at 3 same day saw the job and said come in Monday to pick your floor. Winmar got the approval to move ahead quickly and the only reason it took a month and a half was because we had to wait for the floor to ship. Had it been in stock it would have been a lot quicker. Once the floor was in it was installed next day. Winmar had their crew come in with a couple of days after and do all the trim and painting of the baseboards, quarter round and toe kicks. I was totally satified with their work, their professionalism and jumping in and taking over a job that the competitor completely bungled.“
