Damage Restoration in Cornwall

“We experienced an ice dam on our roof which created a water leak into our main-floor washroom. Clean All staff were very efficient at every part of the job and we are very happy with the results. Clean up was up to my wife's standards and that says a lot!. Very friendly and polite. Thanks“

Update to this review, as of May 2026:
I maintain my 5 star review, and if I could give more stars I definitely would!! Chris was able to secure a contractor for us and the work to repair our basement began at the start of May. Everything was going well until the contractor (a sub contractor) stated they were finished. My husband noted deficiencies and met with Chris for the final inspection. It was deemed by Chris that the reconstruction was not up to standards and that the SC (sub contractor) would need to return to fix the deficiencies. Despite this instruction the SC refused to fix their shortcomings and ultimately were asked to leave. Due to this, within 12 hours of this occurring, Chris sent an internal PD crew to return and fix all the issues and bring the repairs up to their standards. We are so so grateful for Chris and his reconstruction crew for completing the work efficiently and up to the high PD standards. Our basement is complete and back together now and it looks AMAZING.
I hope this is my first and last time dealing with a flooded basement, but if anything were to ever happen in the future, I know exactly which company I would be reaching out to.
