We had Richard come out to work on some pretty nasty pet stains in our basement. He really seemed to know what he was doing, and when he was done it looked great and the smell was gone. Hopefully the damn dog can stay out of the basement!! Great job on the work side. Phone staff was professional, and the services were as promised.Service: Pet stain & odor removal
We had a technician come in from Eco-Pro for a mold problem that we had in our basement. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had a quote for us within the day. Pricing was very reasonable, but we especially liked how complete and thorough he was. We had 2 other companies come in and really didn’t seem like they understood what was the root cause of the problem. We accepted the estimate and within a few days, the problem was solved. I would highly recommend Eco-Pro and encourage others looking for mold removal to call them.
Top notch company and crew. Came highly recomended to deal with severe nicotine contamination in a newly purchased house. Dean personally called me and broke down the problem, explained thoroughly everything that had to be done to fix it. Bailey and Veronique...you are awesome!
