Amanda at reception was an absolute delight—warm, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and fully bilingual. Reem gave me a much-needed facial and she knocked it out of the park. The owner was also on site, making sure everything ran seamlessly, which says a lot about the care they put into the place.
