I had such an amazing experience with Charlotte! She did an incredible job with my hair and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She really listened to what I wanted and brought the look to life even better than I imagined. On top of being so talented, she was absolutely wonderful to talk to. Very good! My hairstylist was excellent and knew listened to everything I said! She took her time and stopped occasionally to allow me to offer feedback and was very polite and helpful!
