To start off the salon is very clean, all of the stylists are very friendly as well. Before booking my appointment there was the consultation over messages but when I came in I was also able to verbalize my past experiences with hair cuts as well as what my end goal was.

From past experiences with getting my hair done I never felt like I was being listened to or the goal was to just get me in and out of the chair as quickly as possible.
