I’ve been a regular customer of the supply side of the store for years. I absolutely love this place. I love everyone that works there. They have been so amazing a kind to me over the years. They are all jam packed with knowledge to assist you. Even though I’m shopping for necessities while there, it always feels like retail therapy. I arrived at 6 pm just when the store’s door was being locked at the end of business day. I needed a permanent hair color and got inside because my barber, Atru Barber, let me in for my 6 pm appointment. The lone Carolyn’s staff, Judy, who had locked the door, told me that if I knew exactly what I needed, I could come in and get it. My old brain totally mixed up the number of the permanent color that I’ve used for a few years. Judy and I both searched unsuccessfully for the color based on the fictitious number.
