Thank you so much to Elie and the Plumbing Expert team! He responded to our urgent service call within 30 minutes of me contacting them, which we're so thankful for as it helped save us from a lot of damage. In turn he assisted with a replacement product - after stressing the importance of getting these items installed asap, he was at our door the next business day! He got everything installed and my house back to normal within an hour and a half. We're so thankful for him and his team.
Had an ongoing issue with low running water pressure, and a sudden increase in salinity in the water; suspected both the main pressure reg valve and old softener were to blame. Spoke to Elie and he was able to come by right away. He diagnosed things quickly, both issues turned out to be caused by the old water softener we had; and was able to supply and install a new softener system same day, as well as take the old one away. Pressure and salinity issues both resolved. Elie was great to work with, took time to explain the diagnosed issues and options, and walk through the new system’s equipment, operation and maintenance. Definitely recommend The Plumbing Expert!
Excellent, fast service and very fair pricing. We needed a water softener replaced after ours leaked and flooded the laundry room.
