“I had a Tox PRP treatment with Alyssa yesterday, and I had such a wonderful experience. She was incredibly gentle, friendly, and kind. It was my first time meeting her, but she made me feel so comfortable that it honestly felt like I had known her for years.
One thing I especially appreciated was her honesty. She never once tried to sell me anything or convince me to get treatments I didn’t need. I actually asked about getting filler in my nasolabial folds, and she told me honestly that I didn’t need it and explained that it could make my face look flatter. I really respected that, especially since I had been told the same thing before.
Her bedside manner, honesty, and genuinely friendly personality really stood out to me. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire appointment.
