It’s been a while since I’ve gone for a facial, primarily because of time and financial constraints, and it’s always hard to find a place that strikes the right balance of comfort and elegance, but Monterella has it all. I had a wonderful facial by Karolina - she was kind, caring, personable, and good at explaining all steps, ultimately my skin looks great - I went for a collagen facial. Thank you, Karolina and Monterella. The spa is also in a great location in downtown Oakville with lots of shops and cafés nearby. Next time I go (and I will be back!), I’ll build in more time so I can browse around the area a bit more. Thank you, Karolina!

My boyfriend had a deep cleansing facial done by Karolina. She is extremely skilled and took the time and effort to explain all the steps to us. We’d highly recommend Monterella and Karolina’s services - we’ll definitely be coming back!

I have followed Jiyun any spa she has worked at over the past decade. Unfortunately when Covid happened I had lost her and didn’t see a nail technician for 3 years. I somehow managed to find her while getting my hair done in this past year talking to my hair stylist who had a client who had also gone to Jiyun. I found out she had switched over to Monterella and have been coming here ever since. Jiyun puts so much dedication into her nail art , be it a simple colour or actual nail art.
