“I found Laserbody MD through a GMaps search. The intake appointment was timely and they were able to give me a discount and a personalized package as I was primarily interested in touchups.
The test appointment was booked for 6pm, but I didn't end up getting admitted until 40 mins later. I amounted this to just a one time issue, but I'm beginning to realize after my first laser appointment that it's a repeat issue.
I understand other clients sometimes show up late, but after X minutes maybe implementing a late penalty or rescheduling them would reduce the issue of tardy clients and respect punctual clients' time. As someone who has limited time on weekdays due to early and long shifts, it's really important to me that appointments be punctual. Not to mention if you're dependent on someone for a ride and now have to make them wait double the time.
The laser sessions themselves are great. The technicians are friendly, professional, and kind. They've also got the latest laser tech, and Nd:YAG for folks with hidradenitis suppurativa.”
