I did not have a good experience snd I don’t need to go into detail why because it does not matter what the problem was. The reason why I give 5 stars is because they corrected whatever the issue was. They send a text after each appointment asking for feedback. This isn’t a google review thing it’s their own personal follow up which comes right after the appointment is finished. They read that I did not have good experience and immediately I got a phone call. They called to talk to me about it and wanted the opportunity to correct it.. which they did. They have outstanding customer service and they truly care about their clients. I will continue to go back.“

“I have been going to uptown spa to see Claudia every month for waxing! She is very good and I would recommend her! The staff at the front desk are all so kind and nice. I didn’t like the Asian woman in the front desk because when one of the staff was talking to me I couldn’t hear her because I was listening to my music on Bluetooth that is connected to my cochlear. Then when I looked at the staff talking to me I saw the Asian woman staff look away and shakes her head. One time when I came to uptown spa I was very anxious because I have anxiety and the Asian staff woman wasn’t helpful calming me down.

So please don’t judge people with disabilities!“

She takes her time and ensure my hair is neatly cut and groomed according to my request. Farideh is so informative and her attention to detail when performing services is unmatched. I’ve done several laser hair removal sessions with Farideh using the Soprano XL and can successfully say I now only come in every 6 months for a touch up (yes ladies laser hair removal doesn’t work overnight and can change depending on our hormones etc. unfortunately). Aside from laser the spa offers so many great services, some of the best facials and Farideh’s eyebrow service is 10/10!“
