I arrived at this location as I was told by Samsung Head office they could help me get back my pdf file capability and several other issues.
When I arrived , I was informed that they only felt with hardware issues and this was not their function.
Despite that, the 2 gentleman assisted me and made the trip worth while , They were very knowledgeable, patient and very professional.They provided better service than Head office had on a lengthy phone call
These gentleman deserve pay raise .
