Just to clarify, our supplier was indeed on backorder for a while, which affected a lot of orders, not just yours. I know that doesn’t make it any less frustrating, and I appreciate your patience.

In addition to the 2 months free online access we extended your membership by a week and offered to give you an Amazon gift card or a Fitness By The Lake tank top when we realized the sweatshirts would not arrive. I understand that you chose to wait for the sweatshirt instead. (Good choice, they are nice!)

One thing I wanted to mention is that the 2-star review you left actually affects Fitness By The Lake and not the prize process, which is handled separately. This was definitely a TheSchool issue and has nothing to do with Deb. We work really hard to give everyone a great experience, and we’d really appreciate it if you could reconsider the review.
