“I have been to this location approximately 5 times. Generally, you will receive a decent blow out. The staff are very friendly and sweet and make you feel special. I have found in recent years they will actively talk you out of a hair wash and blow out which is half the reason why you are going there. I took my 5 year old recently and she loved the experience, but I was rubbed the wrong way by the owner. We felt pressured to not have my daughter’s hair washed and she upcharged all the services. We were in and out within 40 minutes and she charged us full pop for a hair style and make up. Prom looks cost the same and take twice as long. They did a really cute job on her but I thought the pricing was inappropriate. I also think If you’re charging a 5 year old $60 for a hair style they could have washed her hair. It felt rushed and overcharged in the end. Use caution at this location.“
