My hairdresser, Alicia, ensured I was completely comfortable with the hair cutting process. I have had some negative haircut experiences in the past, so I was a bit nervous going in, but Alicia made me comfortable from the start and delivered exactly what I asked for. She took the time to confirm exactly the type of cut I was looking for, as well as how short I wanted my hair cut.
