I have always self maintained my car that I bought brand new until recently when I started experiencing the first ever issue with my 5 year old car. I had a video of the issue where it was jerking on a constant speed and rpm was fluctuating. I took it in left it with them they tried checking it but couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They refused to charge me for their time although they had spent time on it. I’ll keep monitoring the issue and see if it occurs again. I’ll take it back to them.
