I always look forward to my appointments with Jess when I come back to london. I grew up here but now live in BC. I've known her for years so when I come back to visit family I always get a facial with Jess. She really goes above and beyond, and I love that she actually follows up with me after every service to check on my skin. Her space has such a cozy, warm vibe that makes you feel right at home.
