I've been using this company for many years now . John installed my fireplace and furnace . Last Sunday my furnace quit working on one of the coldest days so far this year. John came out within two hours and fixed my heat. John is a personable tech and has always proven to know what he is doing. I know I can count on him. I will continue to use Home Comfort Center.
I don't even know where to begin. Our heat exchange died Saturday in the furnace. John came out Sunday morning to diagnose. He gave us the unfortunate news within 10 min. Had his guys here Jan 2 - 8 30am... We had new furnace running and heating the house by 11 40am. They also did an incredible job cleaning our gas fireplace downstairs. Looks brand new. The crew that came out were knowledgeable, clean, efficient and willing to walk us through everything. Even found and cleaned a block in a part for the AC. As a Concrete guy, I appreciate giving the proper trades the reigns with things I'm not qualified for. Use the pros, and Home Comfort Center is as good as you'll ever...read full review
My partner and I purchased a home with a fireplace that looked to be the original model for the house (1980s). John tried to get it to work but it hadn't been used in a decade or more. We purchased a new fireplace with Home Comfort Center and James and Chase came to install. They were extremely professional, experienced, and took the time to show us many things with the house! We would highly recommend Home Comfort Center in the future and will be purchasing a new furnace and water heater pretty soon.
