Had a great experience here, used their online system to request a quote on a Samsung tablet with a damaged charging port. When I came to the store to drop it off, they advised me it would be a slightly higher price than the quote I received in the text message. I wasn’t upset but I asked if the price was higher due to the tablet being more damaged than they thought? She checked the system and saw there was an error in the original quote, which was for a different device. Without even asking, she took ownership for the mistake and honoured the quote price for my repair.
