My best phone experience ever! I was unable to charge my phone and so I assumed that my phone port would require replacement. Dharti inspected it and found some debris, removed it and now it is fine. No replacement necessary. Dharti was quick, competent and honest. I would highly recommend!
Dharti, today in the Mobile Klinik at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo ON, did a great favour to m! My 2015 Samsung A51 4G phone's charging port was not able to hold tightly the male part of the charging cable for few months. Thinking to buy new phone or repair/replace the port, but thanks God I give it a last try here & the technician Dharti took out with twizers lots of gunks & debris built-up over years & plugged, filled the port hole area. Now it's perfectly holding the male part of the cord & charging as usual.
