Amazing service! I spilled water on my laptop, and identifying it as an emergency, he opened the store on a day it was supposed to be closed. He fixed my laptop within an hour and my laptop works perfectly now.

Last week my 2020 MacBook Air decided not to charge and was told by Apple that my logic board would need to be replaced for $781+tax. I was able to get it repaired in 4 days with other components on the logic board fixed - not the entire thing. It works perfectly with the data recovered. Got my mac working in an hour after big box store couldn't touch it. Honest, Kind, funny ...said if there are any further issues come back. Said 'we know how to treat customers' and they are right...customer service is still ALIVE!!! :0)
