They quickly provided a quote for repairs and Dows were instructed to order the needed parts. Fortunately, the parts came in on Tuesday and they were able to make the needed repairs that afternoon. A contract was developed, the HRV was ordered; the installation was scheduled and completed on 13 February 2026 - from start to finish within 14 days! Very impressed with the service!“

“Called their office number at 3:47 PM to schedule a furnace service appointment and was greeted by someone that had told me I’d called an on-call number and asked if I’d like the service performed after hours at after hours rates? I said no I’m just trying to book an appointment. They had previously called me and I called back on the number at the very top of their website in the picture attached the on-call person told me to stop calling their on-call number. I read the phone number that I had called back to her and she said that that was the office number and I said that it must’ve transferred to you. I then called back again at 3:50pm and got someone else that said it was an answering service and that I would have to call back between 8 and 4 PM in order to book an appointment with a technician. I asked if the technicians are the ones that book appointments or if it’s people in their office? I also pointed out that it was before 4 PM. I am not leaving a negative review because I actually had really good service from the technician that came and serviced my furnace last time that being said, phone service could be improved. If you make it that difficult to book an appointment during your business hours how can you expect people to book you?“

“This is going to be a different review. I had the opportunity to sort of meet Adam through driving in the Kingston area. I'm from out of town and work for the provincial government.

Navigating the area and fighting heavy traffic there was only one person that showed courtesy out of hundreds of vehicles to allow traffic to make turns out of a very congested area.

He wasn't holding up traffic behind him but slowed just enough and indicated for stuck traffic to go. This was an awesome sign of a general courtesy that others had not.

I called, spoke with his father, who frankly was pretty awesome to speak with as well. Informed him of the situation.

Thank you Adam for being a stand out and making at least a handful of peoples day just that little better.

If you can do a simple gesture without hesitation at the end of the day than I'm guessing that pride, courtesy and respect for others translates to your work and business mentality.
