Very good word of mouth brought Tozers to my attention and I was impressed with them from the very first contact. My furnace was toast and I put in an inquiry online on a Saturday night not expecting a response that weekend. Within 30 minutes Dave Tozer called me and offered to drop off space heaters that night. I met with his sale tech, Donald who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I got 5 quotes for a new furnace and he was one of 2 that gave me multiple furnace options and he was the only one to inquire about my square footage and measured to verify. Nothing like losing your furnace in February but Tozers took the stress out of the situation with their fast and friendly service. Special thanks to Bill who guided me through the process and to the technicians, Dan and Rob for their amazing work. Highly recommend!

We got our furnace changed yesterday through Tozer. The installation team members were Dan and Rob. They were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. They did an amazing job and we are extremely pleased with both of them and the Tozer team. I think they take after Dave who has always been fair and couteous in his dealings with us. We are happy to use them for our Heating and cooling needs. A true company that still cares about the people and takes pride in what they do. Thank you for the amazing service.
