Canada Day 2026 - FLOOD Residents- Nathan R and Owen M from Kingston came down to save us with a replacement Hot water Tank. It was switched out as a full replacement, rental, zero $ exchange due to Red Tagged. We received 14” of rain water in our basement due to the flooding through our Laundry room window well because Storm sewers stopped taking water.
