Great service and friendly staff.After purchasing our home we learned that our fireplace was out of commission. Fireplaces Unlimited was able to get it going and we've been using them ever since for regular maintenance.Today we had Bobby come in for a scheduled maintenance. He was very professional, and efficient and then took the time to detail what he did.Very glad to have found Fireplaces Unlimited.

We were very well satisfied with our service call experience with Fireplaces Unlimited. Our technician, Chuck, worked quietly and very efficiently, all the while maintaining a clean workspace by first spreading down a large soft blanket and vacuuming up the area afterwards. I would certainly recommend Fireplaces Unlimited to anyone in this area requiring service or maintenance on their home heating equipment!

Our new Valor H3 is beautiful, and our experience at Fireplaces Unlimited Kingston was excellent. Evan, Craig and Chase were all super techs - everything from the initial specs, removal of our old fireplace, and installation of our new one were all carried out professionally and on time. Everything was tidied up at the end of the day - all we had to do was turn on the fireplace and enjoy it!
