Terrific service overall- professional, polite, tidy and a pleasure to have as a technician. Nick exhibited a friendly manner and excellent communication skills. He explained the situation clearly and in terms that were easy to grasp. His summer student worker, Noah, was polite and attentive too and is fortunate to have Nick as a mentor.
