Excellent service. After being extremely disappointed with one of the other bigger names in Ottawa, someone recommended ServicePlus Heating and Cooling. I had multiple reasonable quotes very fast, and an appointment scheduled for a hot water tank replacement within a 2 days of receiving the quotations. The installers were in and out in a couple hours.
I also asked the guys if they could take information while they were there to get me quotations on furnace/ac and heat pump options. I received multiple quotes for options within a few days.
They made the process pain free. Definitely will be top on my list for any HVAC/Plumbing needs.

When the team came, they were timely, efficient and did great work, cleaning up all the branches as they went. When I called, left a message to return a call to me in the evening. I really didn’t expect it to happen. I was wrong! The call came that evening, and then Owen came to my home. I showed him the stumps, a price was quoted, and a date was chosen. Owen arrived on time. He did a super job of grinding 4 large stumps, and 2 medium ones. All groundup chips were removed, and top soil was then added. He gave me directions to complete the job of watering and putting down grass seed. One problem! I did not have a hose long enough to reach the areas. Owen to the rescue!
He brought a hose over, connected things up for me, and said call me when I through using it. There were no surprises in the final billing, it was just as quoted to me earlier. It was such a pleasure to deal with you Owen. Thank you. I’ll be intouch about your hose!

We finally decided to put our little Oscar down..he was an 18 year old shorky cutest little guy ever! Sooo gentle - in the end he had lost his appetite no longer could walk so we made the hard decision to bring him in - we picked the kemptville animal hospital and we are so grateful that we did! We want to thank the entire staff for their compassion, professionalism and kindness in this difficult time! They handled Oscar with such great care. Today we received a condolence card from them (signed by all the staff ?) containing a packet of forget me not seeds - such a beautiful gesture it brought a smile to our faces! Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and the amazing work that you do!!

Mythic is amazing for kids who love martial arts or any child who is seeing life skills to help them independently thrive while being part of the Mythic Team. Cathy did an amazing job on florals for our September 2023 wedding. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and the prices were very reasonable. I didn't have much of a floral vision at the start but Cathy made great recommendations for types of flowers and greenery, and was accommodating in adding and changing things from our order throughout the planning process. I got many compliments on my bouquet the day of!

I walked in on a hot summer day with a long, thick, frizzy mop of hair that was in need of colour, conditioning and cut. I walked out with long, thick, straightened, coloured and NO FRIZZ!! I really loved my 12 week program with Afitterme. Having a heart condition that required me to lose weight without the ability to do strenuous exercise was a challenge for me. What I loved about this program was it taught me about fuelling my body correctly for the exercise I was able to do. By sticking to the principles and doing what I could exercise wise there has been a massive impact on my body fat % which has had a direct and positive benefit to my heart function. Thanks to Darren and the community for the support and encouragement through the 12 weeks.
The Kumon Program has been a blessing during this Pandemic! It has allowed our granddaughter to maintain and improve her language and math skills. I cannot honestly say that she loves it. It is a challenge to get her to consistently do her assignments. As I observe her in her “remote learning classroom,” I see that she can keep up and stay ahead of her class. Highly reccommend Furrific Dog Grooming. They are absolutely wonderful to deal with, have excellent human and dog biosecurity protocols, and I love that it is a quiet experience for nervous dogs. My dog is not easy or pleased with being groomed but they are very empathetic, and communicate their concerns for the animal. I love hearing that they noticed a lump or a bump (she has few?) and told me how she handled the experience. I appreciate the transparency and communication. Oh, and she smells absolutely delicious. I cant stop sniffing her head...So lucky to have you so close by!!

It was my first time getting my lashes done at Regal Nails and I will say I'm impressed. I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, but the tech was very sweet and honestly very fast too!
