A huge shout out to Tyler and all the wonderful staff in Automotive Service here. Tyler rescued me yesterday when my car wouldn't start in a parking lot in Kemptville. He performed a temporary fix that was enough to get the car going so I could follow him to the shop, where he fixed the battery terminal and got me and my groceries on the road again. You guys are tops in my books!!!

I've been to this location numerous times. Any time I've needed a hand the customer service has been EXCELLENT! Big shout out to Travis & Courtney who helped a lot last time. All my other encounters with customer service has been great too, I just don't remember their names.

It's really nice to have such a prominent business in town! And really nice having one so well stocked with a variety of items including a fantastic outdoors section. The garden section is incredible as well. The store is clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful and approach you quickly to offer support.
