This review is long overdue. I am one year into joining CFKV and I cannot say enough good things about the coaches, members and facility. If you are reading this and have ever debated trying CrossFit here in Kemptville, take this as a sign to just go for it! The workouts are fun and challenging but have so many options to scale movements to meet you at your fitness level. The class sizes are perfect and the coaches are great at focusing on form and technique for lifting.But the best part of CrossFit is the community. I’m so glad I decided to try CrossFit and sign-up for the intro sessions at CF Kemptville! The coaches are great! I love the atmosphere and the encouragement and support of members. I am 50+ and was looking for a means to build strength, endurance and mobility and I found CrossFit! CF truly can be adapted to any level and the positive vibe is so motivating! I look forward to being part of the CF Kemptville family!

CrossFit is the best way to exercise. Great coaches! Good atmosphere and members ?. Spectacular programming. Worth every dollar! I wish I could give them more stars. Aly, Kathleen, Brent, Mallory, Tara and Nick (and hopefully Ethan soon) are amazing coaches! They have my business for life ??Updated review (1 year completed): Best year of my life! I’ve lost 85 lbs (and regained back muscle). My auto immune disease (psoriatic arthritis) is reduced/ less severe. Injury free the whole year (thanks to amazing coaching). Less sick due to the recommended nutrition. Looking forward to what a 2nd year of CrossFit will bring!
