RB Heating provides reliable service for our furnace and air conditioner. They recently replaced our HRV with a new ERV unit. Thomas and Jordan were knowledgeable and efficient. They provide answers to any questions asked and explained the workings of the new unit to us fully .
Their sales staff are also top notch and provide good advice on the various products that RB can supply and install.
RB Heating has provided excellent annual HVAC service to us over multiple properties for 5 years. This year their technician, Tom B., arrived on schedule, did a thorough inspection, identified issues, explained the problems, likely causes and subsequently installed the needed parts. He clearly displayed his knowledge, skills and ability. Great work. Thanks.
Tom did a great job on our TSSA inspection and fixed our tankless on demand water heater in a timely fashion. A small condensation leak was no match for Tom as his persistence paid off in resolving the issue.
