my experience in pet valu today was made so much better thanks to the employee ella. I was looking for something semi specific and she was very accommodating when i was asking for different aspects of the treat. when finally dividing on one, she gave me a very nice bag and tape to seal so the smell wouldn’t be as bad. I really appreciate her effort in making my experience good, please give her a raise.

We get all our food, toys and accessories because of the wide selection and great pricing. Then the convenience of using the clean and well supplied dog wash.
We’d also like to thank Lisa for nailing trims twice a month. She too is loved by all.

Recently we had a devastating house fire. Amongst these sorts of tragedies there are always hero’s that stand out. Steve and his employees at Kemptville Pet Valu went above and beyond for us and the pets safely still here. Our dogs are raw fed. This isn’t an easy task with a mini fridge freezer in a hotel room. The owner Steve made it all work as well as donated it everything! The amount of donations through Pet Valu and from Pet Valu is something we will never forget. It’s businesses like this that make Kemptville such an amazing compassionate community💜 Thank You from the bottom of our hearts…
