I was very impressed from the start, we walked in and very quickly the plan for our new kitchen was decided, they also had contacts to buy real hardwood at a good price and could install. In all my previous renovations, I had to babysit the project, not this one! They laid out a timeline, we moved out for the month and rented a cabin at Tally Ho(also an amazing place, enjoyed the experience ememcly), and they delivered. We come home to a completely finished hardwood floors and stairs, and an awesome kitchen exactly as we requested, and I didn't have to do anything (other than the plumbing for sink, dishwasher and fridge, I knew a guy lol).

This time I called to have a new kitchen tap fitted, a job well done in no time. My husband wanted an outside tap fitted at the front of the house which he also accommodated with no qualms. On this job, he checked in with us at certain steps to we had what we wanted, where we wanted it. Harris Plumbing are our go-to plumbers. I recommend them in a heart beat! Keep up the good work!
Bill and his team have just completed our pondless waterfall. We highly recommend Earth Elements. The team creatively used the existing environment to build a gorgeous stream and waterfall that looks completely natural, and is the highlight of our backyard. Most importantly, the birds have found it and we enjoy watching them take a bath.

The exam flowed from one room to another, and the optometrist explained the process as the exam progressed. Highly recommend.

A number of years ago, the place I used to receive facials closed and I was complaining to a friend about how I've tried to find a replacement, but have been disappointed with the service provided every time. My friend recommended I try Lily Pad Day Spa, insisting I would not be disappointed. Wow, she was right!! From the moment you walk in, the space is beautiful and so relaxing. Janis provides as exceptional facial. At the end of every appointment, I feel rested and relaxed.
My husband and I run a family dialysis camp and live onsite, so our home and work life are stressful. My appointments with Janis are definitely pampering, but also essential to my self-care.

I wish there were MANY more stars! My spa experience was the BEST I've ever experienced...and I love to self care wherever I go, globally. Yvonne's massage and facial techniques are perfection. After my 2 hour escape in the spa, I am rejuvenated. The targeted muscle group for the massage had firm, strong pressure resulting in greater mobility and reduction in ache. The facial was an experience of a variety of texture, temperature and technique - who knew the skeletal orbit of the eye can receive the benefit of massage?! The peppermint oil scalp treatment was the end game to feeling like mush...in the best way possible! Do yourself a favour and reach out to Yvonne - I look forward to returning!

You cant find a more honest, reasonably priced plumber than Dave at Highland Plumbing. His quality of work is top notch. Highly recommend.
Our water stopped working on Friday Dec 19. I called various plumbers, but because it was a weekend (right before Christmas), nobody responded. The next morning I called a few more, and the only one that responded to my messages was Briggs Plumbing. Peter was very helpful and considerate on the phone...he diagnosed as best he could over the phone, but finally had to come out to the house...after various tests he suspected that our well pump had died. Long story short...we have a very special 'high-performance' pump (due to a geothermal water furnace) that could only be found at a supplier in Ottawa. Peter sent his apprentice to pick it up that night and we had the pump replaced (among various other issues) the next day. We had water by Christmas Eve and were very happy (after several days of melting snow on the stove!)
We were very happy with the service provided by Peter and his team...although it was a very expensive repair, I feel confident that it was done correctly and will not let us down. I would recommend Briggs Plumbing to anyone who asks.

Shannon has been incredible to work with and spent time with me sitting on the floor in the carpet showroom explaining the differences in the wool carpets I was considering. She is friendly and communicates frequently by phone and email to keep me updated on my order and the install process. Very professional and honest customer service. Highly recommend!

We were travelling around Ontario camping and heard about Happy Tails in Muskoka so decided we would bring our dog there while we were camping nearby.
Her stay was amazing and besides the place being gorgeous for dogs to roam around, ours definitely had an amazing time there. She tired herself out so much that she slept the entire rest of the day after we picked her up.
We can't wait until the next time we pass through Muskoka and can leave her there for a few days to really enjoy the resort to its fullest.
I have read many of these reviews including the negative ones and thought I would give a full picture of my perceptions:
The place itself is beautiful. For dogs that like to be outdoors (like mine), they are free to roam the fields, forest, pond, everywhere. That was the most exciting part.
The owner of course is busy with all sorts of duties, so she is frank and to the point. Drop your pet off or pick them up and be on your way, very understandable. When we arrived there was no one in the main office, but someone quickly walked by and went to get Lisa, so we only waited a couple of minutes. Same for pickup, very efficient.
In terms of keeping an eye on the animals, I can't speak for this, as they have different levels of care for different animals. My dog I asked to just be in the wild and she is great playing with other dogs of any size, so I had no worries. With this many animals it would be hard to keep them supervised all the time. If I needed to offer any critical advise it would possibly be to make sure there's enough staff to properly care for the animals needing VIP or other treatment, but for our needs everything was absolutely wonderful and we are definitely going back on our next adventure out to Muskoka.
This place deserves 5 full stars, which you never see on Google. I saw Sarah and she is a gem. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. It’s evident she cares about what she does. She will also advise other professionals for areas outside rmt if it would benefit the client, rather than trying to upsell. That integrity is rare, this is the type of business we should support. ♾️/10

I was visiting a friend in the area and really messed up my low back /hip - ongoing issues for me. I called and Tracy was able to see me. One session and I felt right as rain after 3 days of misery. Tracy is very skilled and was a pleasure to chat with. I will absolutely return when I visit again.
