INCREDIBLE experience with the Fitzmaurice team. I called with a septic system issue - Jamie returned my call in under 24 hours and had their septic specialist lined up immediately. Lois was phenomenal to work with - very knowledgeable. Our bill was worth every penny and then some given the amount of knowledge that we gained from working with Lois. They were extremely professional and worked with us to reduce our bill by having us do some of the work ourselves - they were entirely willing to do it but we were on a budget and they were happy to give us instructions and let us do the work ourselves. They provided very detailed reports which was very helpful for our inspection process. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

We did an extensive remodelling of our lakefront cottage in Muskoka. We redid our kitchen and two bathrooms and installed a brand new wood-burning fireplace along with stonework and mantel. We also had Ben build us a sauna, and replaced much of the floor coverings and wall panelling in the house. We also waterproofed outside the house as we had a water problem in the basement.
Ben’s work was excellent and much attention was paid to detail. The renovation shines. We are very happy with the result, and will use Ben again in the future if we have any renovation needs.
They just completed the front window tint on my son's truck. Perfect match to the rear windows, Looks great and price as quoted.

Amazing place and Jeanette did a fantastic job on my hair. I got highlights and a haircut, I had showed her a photo of what I was hoping to get close to in hair colour and she absolutely nailed it. It’s also just such a great and positive environment to be in. 10/10 recommend ☺️

My first interaction was reaching out on Instagram and they responded right away and answered every question i had. They asked my availability and booked my appointment for me. I reached out to a few business and they were the only one that responded. That's huge and goes along way!
Experience was 10/10 from the moment i walked through the door. The girl that greeted me had a smile on and was very kind and polite. I had booked a mystic spray tan and she walked me through step by step and showed me how everything works from start to finish. Slept with my spray tan over night and rinsed this morning and it turned out amazing. Thank you for such great customer service i will be back!

I had a massage with Bonnie and it was awesome super relaxing and she knew exactly what she was doing. Honestly one of the best I’ve had, I walked out feeling like melted butter.
I was staying at the resort and kept calling, but apparently the phones were on vacation too, because no one picked up. Luckily, I got through to Abby at the spa. he answered every time, helped me book everything, and somehow did it all while sounding chill and friendly idk how cuz sometimes I trouble alot lol.
The whole experience was smooth and actually way better than I expected.

Contacted Jeremy regarding a backup we were experiencing at our house. Jeremy was recommended by a friend and neighbour. He responded quickly and had a crew out to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. The crew took precaution to control the mess and cleaned up after the job was completed. Pricing was fair and reasonable for what would be considered an emergency call. I will definitely be using Cottage Country Plumbing for any plumbing jobs I have, highly recommended.

I called Gibbins Plumbing to get a more complicated than average commercial system upgraded. Matt was on site the same day that I contacted him, inspected the water system and emailed me a quote. His price was very reasonable and the work was completed promptly. The installation is very neat and looks very professional. The water room was left spotless when they were done. Not something I can say about many contractors in Muskoka. Matt’s communication throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend Gibbins Plumbing.
We recently worked with Codona Flooring after dealing with water damage in our home, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Michelle in the office and Mike, the owner/installer, were both absolutely incredible from start to finish.
