INCREDIBLE experience with the Fitzmaurice team. I called with a septic system issue - Jamie returned my call in under 24 hours and had their septic specialist lined up immediately. Lois was phenomenal to work with - very knowledgeable. Our bill was worth every penny and then some given the amount of knowledge that we gained from working with Lois. They were extremely professional and worked with us to reduce our bill by having us do some of the work ourselves - they were entirely willing to do it but we were on a budget and they were happy to give us instructions and let us do the work ourselves. They provided very detailed reports which was very helpful for our inspection process. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

We did an extensive remodelling of our lakefront cottage in Muskoka. We redid our kitchen and two bathrooms and installed a brand new wood-burning fireplace along with stonework and mantel. We also had Ben build us a sauna, and replaced much of the floor coverings and wall panelling in the house. We also waterproofed outside the house as we had a water problem in the basement.
Ben’s work was excellent and much attention was paid to detail. The renovation shines. We are very happy with the result, and will use Ben again in the future if we have any renovation needs.
I just had my car cleaned here (white Mazda 3 hatchback) and let me tell you it looks brand new!! They did such a good job! I actually felt bad taking it somewhere because it was so dirty inside and out but they made the car look brand new inside and out! 5 years of salt stains gone, tons of bug splatter, break dust and black marks I couldn’t possibly get out myself completely gone! Over the top happy with this detail! Amazing customer service as well! I will be a longtime customer forsure!

Since we moved to Bracebridge eight years ago, I've ordered bouquets from CR three or four times annually. Except for once a couple of years back, when the roses drooped after just a couple of days, I've had consistently good luck with their flowers. My wife is still trimming stems and changing water on a bouquet I ordered two weeks ago -- and, although smaller now, it looks great. Every time I order, I give a little guidance, like saying I want a springtime feel, but leave the creative part to them. The results are always satisfying.

I left so happy and had a wonderful time chatting and joking with Wilma as well as the best hair cut ive had in 20 years. Im planning on making my way back to see the leaves change color but truthfully and equally looking forward by having my hair treated by Wilma once more.

I had a massage with Bonnie and it was awesome super relaxing and she knew exactly what she was doing. Honestly one of the best I’ve had, I walked out feeling like melted butter.
I was staying at the resort and kept calling, but apparently the phones were on vacation too, because no one picked up. Luckily, I got through to Abby at the spa. he answered every time, helped me book everything, and somehow did it all while sounding chill and friendly idk how cuz sometimes I trouble alot lol.
The whole experience was smooth and actually way better than I expected.

Contacted Jeremy regarding a backup we were experiencing at our house. Jeremy was recommended by a friend and neighbour. He responded quickly and had a crew out to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. The crew took precaution to control the mess and cleaned up after the job was completed. Pricing was fair and reasonable for what would be considered an emergency call. I will definitely be using Cottage Country Plumbing for any plumbing jobs I have, highly recommended.
