My bff and I spent a few luxurious hours with the HM expert team yesterday - we meet once a year and always do something special, wherever we meet (she lives in US, I'm in BC). From first contact with Katherine to thorough, nourishing, potent Oxygen facial with owner Helena, and the Collagen combing for 45 for hair with Erica - relaxed, friendly chats with a lovely girl who also loves this spa very much and shared her experience there. As a professional who quit alcohol two years ago, this kind of day wins. My bff had a gorgeous Royal Foot and the hair combing. Thank you for your expertise, service and making our annual trip extra wonderful.
