“Our water stopped working on Friday Dec 19. I called various plumbers, but because it was a weekend (right before Christmas), nobody responded. The next morning I called a few more, and the only one that responded to my messages was Briggs Plumbing. Peter was very helpful and considerate on the phone...he diagnosed as best he could over the phone, but finally had to come out to the house...after various tests he suspected that our well pump had died. Long story short...we have a very special 'high-performance' pump (due to a geothermal water furnace) that could only be found at a supplier in Ottawa. Peter sent his apprentice to pick it up that night and we had the pump replaced (among various other issues) the next day. We had water by Christmas Eve and were very happy (after several days of melting snow on the stove!)
We were very happy with the service provided by Peter and his team...although it was a very expensive repair, I feel confident that it was done correctly and will not let us down. I would recommend Briggs Plumbing to anyone who asks.“
