“Shannon has been incredible to work with and spent time with me sitting on the floor in the carpet showroom explaining the differences in the wool carpets I was considering. She is friendly and communicates frequently by phone and email to keep me updated on my order and the install process. Very professional and honest customer service. Highly recommend!”
