“Been coming to Arcana for a few years now and always leave super happy! I’m one of those people who gets my hair cut only once, maybe twice a year so it’s usually a nice big chop and Mitch always does a perfect job! They always understand my vision and ask lots of questions to make sure I love the outcome. I recently also got my hair dyed to cover my grey and it turned out so much better than imagined it would! I was so happy with my last cut I even came in for a bang trim instead of doing them myself like I normally would so I wouldn’t risk messing it up! The salon is small, cozy and cute! And if you see Mitch you go upstairs to their little adorable loft area. Would recommend Arcana and Mitch to anyone (and I have and they see Mitch now too!).”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have been going to Morgan for my brows (and facial waxing) for years now and she is the only person I trust to get my brows exactly how I like them. I have very full, dark brows and I like them to be as full and natural as possible while still being crisp and clean. This means that taking even one extra hair is visible and can make a big difference, in a bad way! Morgan takes her time each appointment to make sure my brows are perfect and exactly how I want them. As someone who has had their eyebrows butchered from many other places in the past, I’ve never walked out of The Brow Room feeling less than ecstatic about how my brows look. Morgan is fantastic at what she does!”
